Design & Development : The design and development step is typically the most expensive but it is Onlinesalegroup’s experience that project costs are greatly reduced by understanding client’s specific business requirements. Therefore, during the development stage, the technical team works directly from a blueprint that has been communicated effectively and approved by the client.
 
 
 
Scope Management: Often during design and development, new ideas surface that the client may want to include in the final product. These "Out-of-scope" requests, or "Change Orders,” (not defined in the requirements documentation developed during the needs assessment stage) are identified, documented, and modified accordingly.
 
 
 
System/Site Testing: The final system/site is tested by Onlinesalegroup’s test services group. This independent Onlinesalesgroup team develops test cases according to the master and detail test plans to identify and document defects (system test log) with regard to the requirements document.
 
 
 
User Acceptance Testing: The client reviews the final system to ensure that it meets the requirements and ultimately approves the system for product implementation.
 
 
 
Implementation: Once the client approves the site for production release, Onlinesalegroup develops an implementation plan, which describes the pre- and post-implementation activities.
